ROBBINSVILLE: East Windsor man, 18, faces kidnapping, assault charges
ROBBINSVILLE — An East Windsor man is facing charges in three area towns after he allegedly kidnapped and assaulted his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend and struck a police car with his vehicle Wednesday.
