Calling Your Ex - What You Should Say On The Phone
Have you been Calling Your Ex and leaving messages? But they haven’t been returning your calls? Here are some things you should say on the phone when you leave a message. Specifically, we will discuss on what are the words you should not say and what are the words you should say to your partner. You must know that the words coming out from your mouth either can save your relationship or totally destroy it.
First of all, I will discuss on the words you should not say to your ex. That means not to say any of these things at all!
Have you ever tried to plead to your ex? Let me tell you straight out this strategy will not work. By doing this, you only humiliating yourself and your ex will never going to respect you. For example, “Name, please, please call me. I have called you several times but you never pick up you phone. I really need to talk to you. Please Name, return my call.”
Emergency words will not help as well. For example, “Name, this is an emergency. Please call me as soon as you get this. It is urgent!” If you use the plead and emergency words as mentioned above, your ex will never return your calls.
In order to overcome this, you need to use a different approach so that your ex will quickly return your calls the first time he or she receives your call. What you need to do is add some curiosity and self interest to your advantage. If you combine the two then there is a good chance you will be successful. For example, “Hi there Jack, Carol here. I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate what you did for me the other day. Call me if you have the time because I want to thank you in person.” Once Jack receives this message, he will not be able to resist. Jack might be wondering, “What did I do?” and “What does she appreciate?”
This is a very powerful technique, simply changing what you say will make a world of difference. Words are very important in any relationship so you better understand on what words you should or should not say to get your ex return your calls. Apply that technique when Calling Your Ex and you will notice the difference.
